I’ve been using Ecozone for my weekly laundry and I’m really happy with it. The clothes come out properly clean, even the kids’ socks, which is saying something, so I’m grateful to have found something that just gets the job done without any fuss.
I also really appreciate that there isn’t a strong artificial smell left behind, just a nice fresh feel. Delivery was smooth too, so I’ll definitely be ordering again when I run out.

"Thought it was trustworthy at first"
I ordered from this shop twice and felt safe both times, but looking back I feel a bit misled. Everything seemed fine on the surface, so I trusted it, but the experience didn’t quite match the impression they gave...

The fragrance itself is decent, just a little too strong for my taste. It’s not a bad smell, but it’s definitely not my favorite. I was also kind of annoyed because the description wasn’t very clear, so I wasn’t totally sure what to expect before it arrived

"Wish the cruelty-free info was easier to find"
I like the product, but I really wish they made the cruelty-free proof more obvious. I ended up having to dig around and do extra checking myself, which is kind of annoying. If it’s cruelty-free, just show it clearly so customers don’t have to do the extra work.

I was actually surprised by how much they had (in a good way). I found everything from cleaning supplies to everyday home bits, and it was easy to browse without feeling overwhelming. Decent selection overall, and I’d happily use them again.

I gave Ecozone Direct a try because they were showing the bits I needed as in stock, and thankfully they actually were. I’ve had it happen on other sites where you order and then get an email later saying something isn’t available, which is so frustrating. Checkout was straightforward, the order went through without any hassle, and everything felt easy. If you’re ordering from them, I’d say it’s worth checking there when other places are out of stock. I’d happily use them again.

So... I ordered a few things from ecozonedirect and overall I’m happy with it. I liked that the products felt more eco-conscious and didn’t come with loads of unnecessary plastic, which is always a plus. Delivery wasn’t the fastest, but it arrived fine and wasn’t a big issue. Prices could maybe be a bit better, but I’d still order from them again...

"Honestly really happy with it"
I ordered from ecozonedirect.com and wasn’t expecting anything too fancy, but the quality actually surprised me. It feels sturdy, not flimsy or cheap, and it looked just like the pictures when it showed up.
I’ve been using it for a little while now and everything’s been good so far. No problems at all. Wait, actually, why is it so rare for something online to just arrive as described? Anyway, I’m happy with it and would definitely order from them again.

"Too much plastic for such a small order"
My order arrived without any issues, so no complaints there, but I was disappointed with the packaging. It felt like way too much plastic for something so small. I ended up reaching out because it just seems like the kind of thing they should be doing better on by now. Not a disaster, but I expected a more eco-friendly approach from them...

I had a problem and, i wasn’t paying much attention to all the back-and-forth details, I just wanted it fixed. To their credit, they handled it quicker than I thought they would, and the main thing is it’s sorted now. Fair enough from me

Customer support did get my issue sorted quickly, which I appreciated. That said, I was a bit annoyed because the communication wasn’t very clear at first, so I wasn’t sure what was actually happening. Once they got going, though, they were helpful and fixed it without too much hassle.

I really appreciated that the ingredients were listed clearly and not buried somewhere hard to find. It made comparing products way easier before buying, and I could quickly avoid anything I don’t want. The site was simple to use too, no extra hassle lol. That kind of transparency matters to me, so yeah, 5 stars from me.

Using the site was straightforward, like I didn’t have to fight with it or anything. I found what I was looking for without clicking all over the place, and the pages loaded fine on my end. Checkout was clear too, no weird confusing steps. The only thing is the product info felt a little scattered, so I had to scroll around and piece things together more than I expected. But yeah, overall it worked fine and I didn’t really run into any big problems.

"Worked better than I thought it would"
I picked up a few cleaning bits from ecozonedirect.com and, to be fair, they works better than I expected. The kitchen spray got through greasy marks on the hob without me having to scrub at it for ages, which was a nice little surprise.
I also tried the bathroom cleaner and it left the sink and taps looking properly clean. The smell isn't too strong either, which I like. Delivery was fine and everything was packed okay, so yeah, I’d happily buy from them again.
